We offer programs covering several aspects of chronic disease prevention including nutrition, physical activity and tobacco use. Colorado Health Links
programs are available in the Counties of Pueblo, El Paso, Teller, Mesa, Montrose, Pitkin, Delta, Weld and Larimer to small and medium size businesses.

Quitline is a FREE telephone coaching service that connects people who want to quit smoking or using other tobacco products to an experienced Quit Coach.
The Colorado QuitLine is operated by the National Jewish Health under contract to the State Tobacco Education & Prevention Partnership. The QuitLine
coaches are available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
